- A full rollout, extensive extension redevelopment and production changes require a separate agreed delivery scope.

- One agreed HCM use case, with an optional agent build in a suitable non-production environment.
- What we need
- Business owner, intended users, approved knowledge sources, permitted tools and confirmed product access.
- What you receive
- A use-case brief, agent configuration for the agreed pilot, evaluation scenarios, findings and a handover note.
- Boundaries
- Production deployment, additional integrations and ongoing monitoring are separately scoped; pilot results are evaluated rather than guaranteed.
