Founded by Shameer Shaik, Orbis draws on his multiple years of experience implementing Oracle HCM and supporting clients across the healthcare and financial-services sectors. Shameer’s professional experience spans Redwood implementation across HCM modules, AI agent creation, and functional and technical support across the HCM suite.

- Experience implementing Redwood across HCM modules, with a focus on readiness, page enablement, Oracle Search dependencies, role-based access and employee and manager journeys.
- AI agent creation
- Hands-on creation of agents in Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio, connecting HCM use cases with agent instructions, knowledge sources and workflow behavior.
- Cross-module HCM support
- Functional and technical support across Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor, Absence, Benefits, Compensation and Learning, with attention to dependencies between modules.
- Reporting, data and integrations
- Work with OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas and integrations to investigate issues, validate data and support operational reporting.
