Specify the task

Identify the intended user, the question or action, the approved information sources and the owner of the outcome. Separate informational assistance from changes to business records.

Set access and review boundaries

Decide which tools and data the agent needs and which actions need human review. Confirm that the pilot environment and product capabilities support the proposed scope. Avoid using unnecessary personal information in test scenarios.

Create evaluation scenarios

Include normal requests, ambiguous questions, missing information and requests outside the intended scope. Oracle evaluation sets pair test questions with expected responses and selected metrics. Define what an acceptable response looks like before interpreting results.

Review before release

Record incorrect, incomplete and unexpected responses. Refine the agent and repeat relevant tests. Agree rollout criteria, ownership and an escalation path. Oracle recommends testing before production deployment; a successful demonstration alone is not production acceptance.

Put it into practice

Use the illustrative validation matrix to structure expected outcomes and evidence. Adapt the scope to your configuration, release and organizational controls.
