Inventory before enabling
List the in-scope modules, priority journeys and current extensions. Identify which experiences are available for the relevant release. Oracle’s adoption guidance recommends inventorying custom assets and preparing a test environment.
Sequence the work
Group journeys by business priority and dependencies. Record role access, Oracle Search requirements where applicable, extensions and training needs. Assign an owner to each unresolved dependency.
Validate complete journeys
Go beyond opening the new page. Test the initiating action, approval path, relevant downstream process and reporting with representative roles. Record expected behavior before execution.
Agree readiness
Review open issues with process owners and decide which items block adoption. Maintain a handover record with configuration decisions, evidence and support responsibilities.
